A 50% deposit is required
To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required of the total cost of your stay. Upon receipt of the payment your reservation is then valid, so please send us the copy of the bank transfer. The remainder of the fee is due 21 days before your arrival.
We request a credit card as guaranty.
CANCEL POLICY
If the cancellation is more than one month before the arrival date, 20% of the total is refundable, which means 30% is non-refundable.
If the cancellation is one month from the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
If the cancellation is 10 days or less before the arrival date, for whatever reason, the entire amount of the reservation will be charged to your account and is non-refundable.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
CHECK-IN: after 5 PM
CHECK-OUT: by 10 AM
Please note: We request that you confirm your arrival time the day before. Our presence is guaranteed only at the time that you’ve confirmed for your check-in. It is not possible to check-in at any other time unless different arrangements have been made with us ahead of time.
